PRIVACY POLICY
How Kratria handles your data.
This policy explains the information Kratria processes when you create an account, upload gameplay, use AI coaching or purchase a subscription.
Information we collect
We may process your email address, display name, password hash, account status, signup date, uploaded gameplay, generated coaching reports, AI Coach messages, usage records and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Gameplay and AI analysis
Gameplay is uploaded by you for post-match coaching. Kratria may process video frames, metadata and derived observations to create coaching feedback, priorities, drills, match evidence and related analysis.
Kratria is not a real-time in-game assistant and does not currently use Riot Games APIs, Riot Sign On or Riot player account identifiers.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process gameplay, generate coaching, operate account and subscription features, enforce usage allowances, investigate failures or abuse, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Kratria may retain Stripe customer, subscription, status, currency and event identifiers needed to manage billing. Kratria does not need to store your full payment-card number.
Service providers
Kratria relies on service providers for hosting, storage, payments and AI processing, including infrastructure and payment providers used to operate the service. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Kratria.
Storage and retention
Uploaded gameplay is intended to be temporary processing data. Source video may be removed after successful processing, while derived coaching and account records may be retained so you can access your history and Kratria can operate the service.
If you delete an analysis, Kratria may retain a minimal usage record needed to enforce monthly allowances, prevent abuse and maintain operational auditability. That record is not intended to retain the deleted gameplay itself.
Cookies and sessions
Kratria uses essential session technology to keep you signed in, protect forms and maintain security. If non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated first.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing, request portability, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside your home country. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers.
