Rules for using Kratria.

The service

Kratria is an independent, post-match coaching and analysis service. Users upload gameplay they choose to analyse and may receive AI-generated observations, evidence, improvement priorities, drills and other coaching outputs.

Kratria is not endorsed by Riot Games, does not provide real-time in-game assistance and does not currently use Riot Games APIs, Riot Sign On or Riot player account data.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity carried out through your account. You must not bypass plan limits, security controls or other restrictions.

Uploaded gameplay

You must only upload gameplay or other material that you are permitted to use. You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded material and grant Kratria a limited licence to host, process, analyse, transform and delete it as needed to provide the service.

Free and Pro plans

Plan features and allowances are shown in the product at the time of use. The Free plan provides limited analyses and shorter uploads. Kratria Pro provides expanded monthly analyses, full-match uploads, expanded AI Coach usage, improvement planning, drills, match evidence and progression analytics.

Usage allowances are consumed when qualifying uploads or requests are created. Deleting content does not automatically restore a monthly allowance that has already been consumed.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

AI coaching limitations

Kratria's coaching uses automated analysis and AI. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular player or situation. Coaching is informational and should be evaluated using your own judgement.

Fair use and prohibited conduct

You must not use Kratria to cheat, obtain hidden competitive information, interfere with Riot Games services, upload malicious content, evade service limits, abuse other users or violate applicable law.

Third-party services

Kratria depends on third-party infrastructure, storage, payment and AI providers. Their services may be unavailable, changed or subject to their own terms.

Intellectual property

Kratria's original software, branding and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Riot Games names, trademarks and game properties remain the property of Riot Games and other relevant rights holders.

Availability and changes

Kratria may change, suspend or discontinue features, limits or plans where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, product development or service operation.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Kratria does not guarantee that every analysis will be accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular competitive outcome.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction protections that apply to you.
