Choose meaningful rounds
Start with rounds where the outcome was unclear, an early advantage disappeared, or you were unsure what the better decision was.
VALORANT VOD REVIEW
A useful VOD review is more than spotting missed shots. It connects decisions, positioning, engagements and repeated habits to the outcome of a round. Kratria analyses uploaded VALORANT gameplay to help you find those moments and decide what to work on next.

START WITH THE WHY
A VALORANT VOD review is the process of watching recorded gameplay after a match and examining the choices that shaped it. The goal is not to catalogue every error. It is to find patterns you can recognise and change in future matches.
That can include where you stood before contact, when you chose to peek or disengage, how you used information and utility, whether you played around teammates, and what happened after you gained or lost an advantage.
A REPEATABLE PROCESS
Start with rounds where the outcome was unclear, an early advantage disappeared, or you were unsure what the better decision was.
Look at the information available before the key moment: teammates, opponents, utility, space, timing and the current round objective.
A lost duel is not automatically an aim problem. Ask whether your positioning, timing or choice of engagement made the fight unnecessarily difficult.
One mistake can be noise. Repeated re-peeks, isolated fights, poor spacing or rushed decisions are more useful coaching signals.
Do not try to fix everything at once. Choose the habits with the clearest impact and carry them into your next practice session or match.
Improvement becomes easier to see when you compare the same decision or habit across multiple analysed matches.
REVIEW THE RIGHT THINGS
Was your position useful for the information, objective and teammates available?
Did you need to take the fight, and did you create the best conditions before committing?
What information supported your choice, and was there a lower-risk or higher-value option?
Could teammates trade or support you, or were you taking important fights alone?
Did utility create an advantage, protect a weakness or arrive too early or too late?
Which behaviours keep appearing across rounds and deserve focused practice?
FROM REVIEW TO COACHING
Manual review is valuable, but it takes time and it is easy to focus only on the most obvious death or missed shot. Kratria is designed to help structure that review around evidence from the gameplay you upload.
The coaching report surfaces important moments, explains why they matter and turns them into improvement priorities and practice recommendations. You can then ask the AI Coach follow-up questions about your own report rather than relying on generic advice.
MAKE THE REVIEW ACTIONABLE
The useful output is not a long list of everything that went wrong. It is a short set of evidence-backed priorities you can remember in your next match, plus specific practice that helps reinforce them. That is the role Kratria is built to fill.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes. Pause around important decisions, reconstruct what you knew at the time and look for patterns rather than judging decisions only by whether the round was won or lost.
Yes. Winning rounds can contain weak decisions that went unpunished, while losing rounds can contain good decisions that simply did not work out. Reviewing both gives you better context.
Kratria is built around gameplay you upload. Its coaching is connected to evidence and moments from that analysis rather than being limited to general VALORANT tips.
